This pop-up event will get you out of the house, help support local businesses, all while maintaining safe social distancing practices. The City of Las Vegas blocked off portions of two streets in Fremont East and the Arts District for dining alfresco! The city is calling it Dine Out Downtown. The streets will be lined with social distancing tables with four chairs and pop-up shade covers. Diners can order from neighboring restaurants, and dine outside. The city will also be have workers sanitizing each area between diners. Dining will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. Some of the restaurants offering takeout are Esther's Kitchen, Tacotarian, Able Baker and Cornish Pasty.
There are also a lot of virtual events still happening. Here are a few of our favorites.
